About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Director in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are made efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute relevant documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, collect data, and provide summaries and recommendations based on findings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and organizational records.
- Assist with fundraising efforts by coordinating donation drives, tracking contributions, and preparing acknowledgment letters.
- Collaborate with team members to support program development and implementation.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Passion for community outreach and social impact initiatives.
