Strong Castle Outreach Hosts Successful 2nd Annual Back 2 School Bash

On a sunny summer day, the Strong Castle Outreach organization hosted its 2nd Annual Back 2 School Bash, providing essential school supplies and resources to families in need. The event, held on August 10th, 2024, was a resounding success, thanks to the generosity of local vendors, volunteers, and community leaders.

Over 800+ children with their families attended the event, receiving backpacks, school supplies, and access to vital community resources. The atmosphere was electric, with music, food, and activities for all ages. The event aimed to alleviate the financial burden of back-to-school expenses for struggling families, ensuring every child starts the new academic year with confidence and the tools they need to succeed.

Community Comes Together

The event showcased the power of community collaboration, with numerous local businesses and organizations donating resources, time, and expertise. Vendors like Banner Roofing, Chesmar Homes, and Frost Bank - Frost For Good, among others, demonstrated their commitment to giving back. The Fort Worth Police Department and Citizens On Patrol (Code Blue), led by Officer Bayona, always lends their support, highlighting the importance of community partnerships.

Entertainment and Engagement

The event featured a range of activities, including bounce houses, courtesy of Saga Party Rentals, and a performance by the talented Sidekicks Dance Team. Los Pastores provided delicious food, while Marina Dental and other vendors offered valuable resources and services.
